Who We Are
Andrew W. Privette, AIA
Andrew has been a registered architect since 1982. He specializes in low-rise commercial projects. His most recent experience includes banks & branches; general, medical & dental offices; religious and fellowship halls; retail, convenience & service stores; multi-family housing; and the occasional large custom home. This is by no means the limit of his experience.- Graduated from UNC Charlotte, May 1978

Our clients are business people that appreciate the value of time. We respect them by being responsive and available. We use today's technology to expedite communication between the various design and construction team members. Production of drawings and specifications is also accelerated using the internet and the latest software. Each customer has different needs. We strive to be expedient when required and retrospective at other times. Sometimes a single concept sketch is enough to begin working drawings and at other times many alternative schemes will need investigation. Every client is unique, and every project has the potential to be the greatest creation of our careers. Sometimes however, it's just another tire store addition.
